Wisconsin Organics is planning a Midwest Organic Value Chain Summit for fall 2027 to help build a stronger regional platform for organic market development across the Upper Midwest. The Summit will convene organic producers, retail buyers, distributors, certifiers, processors, and market-support organizations to create practical trade relationships, improve regional sourcing, and address supply-chain barriers.

Designed around real market data and supply-chain intelligence, the event will offer a more accessible, Midwest-focused alternative to large national expos—helping regional organic businesses connect with buyers, shorten supply chains, strengthen distribution, and bring more Midwest organic products into retail markets while protecting organic integrity.

The Wisconsin Organic Industry Community of Practice is for farmers, processors, brands, buyers, distributors, certifiers, service providers, researchers, nonprofits, and public partners working to strengthen organic agriculture in Wisconsin.
